I can't believe there isn't a command to lead a prisoner to a cell. They simply put them in the holding cells and do nothing with them. The visitation isn't set up correctly, the prisoner and visitor sides need to be separate completely so where your door is ruins this and you'd need the wall next to the last visitor booth or to extend the room and put another visitor booth in.
